An Irish Halloween

I've been told that fireworks are illegal here in Dublin, but since the first of October they have been shooting them everynight culminating in tonights halloween spectacular that made me think it was back in the states and it was the 4th of July. Also, even though fireworks are suppose to be illegal, gigantic 4 story bonfires in a small area between apartment complexes apparently arn't. I took this pictures a little while ago from my balcony. Luckily it started raining right after i took it, and the firemen came. If this is what happens for halloween, i just can't imagine what St. Patrick's Day is going to be like!
